Observation

There is a gate that is located on the side of the house (right side) that leads to the backyard which is not licensed and the gate was left wide open. The wooden makeshift gate that has been placed on the porch is made of wood and is not sealed the wood has visible splintery wood. Upon entry into the driveway there are accessible poles that are located in the driveway that are accessible to children. Licensors observed during this visit and in the past visits have been her niece whom is 1 year old (enrolled in the program) and her son whom is approximately 7 months old. On the day of the visit the providers child and the niece were present.
